Waspaloy is a Nickel based age-hardenable superalloy (NiCrCoMo) with better high temperature strength than C263 and creep rupture strength compared to Alloy 718, making it well suited to critical rotating applications. It has good corrosion and excellent oxidation resistance. Waspaloy is often used to make jet engine rotor discs as well as, shafts, rings and compressors.
